With this in mind, we refer patients to trusted and specialty professional healthcare service providers. Referrals from this Clinic are researched first. Like you, we look for providers who are dependable, professional, and trustworthy.
Treatment and care plans are set to achievable goals. Measurable activity-based goals are meaningful to our clients. Goals are quantified and qualified. Reports are submitted to keep the primary care physician current with our progress.
REFERRALS
We refer patients who will benefit from physical therapy to Ohana Pacific Rehabilitation Services because they always work one-on-one with their patients. Their range of services is wide and the Physical Therapists are personable, knowledgeable, and go beyond the standard. There are two convenient locations: One in Kailua and the other in Honolulu. NOTE TO PHYSICIANS: Enchanted Lake Massage Clinic provides comprehensive service in accordance with insurance guidelines. Self-care, treatment plans, SOAP charts, and Progress reports are a part of treatment for every patient.
