Cell Phones:
We kindly request that cell phones be set on silent or are turned off when on our premises.
Cancellation Policy:
No-Shows
Clients who fail to show for their appointments without cancellation will be subjected to a service fee of 100%.
Less than 24 hour cancellations
Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their scheduled appointment will be subjected to a service fee of 50%.
Late Arrivals
Clients who show up late for their appointments will have their session reduced accordingly but will be required to pay the full price of the session.
Refunds:
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Refusal Of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Clients who ask for illegal services and/or are disrespectful to our therapists or receptionists will be asked to leave immediately.
We refuse to provide service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
