Cell Phones:
We kindly request that cell phones be set on silent or are turned off when on our premises.
Late/Cancellation/No shows:
If you need to cancel your appointment or if you're running late, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible. If your session starts late, your therapist may shorten your massage if there is another client with an appointment immediately after your appointment. Clients who frequently don't show for their scheduled appointments are welcome for walk-in appointments.
Refunds:
Gift certificates are non-refundable.
Refusal Of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
Clients who ask for illegal services and/or are disrespectful to our therapists or receptionists will be asked to leave immediately.
We refuse to provide service to anyone who is intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
